AVÎÞÂë (AVÎÞÂë) has several institutes and centres that specialize in supporting the research of AVÎÞÂë’s faculty members and students, including:

• the Centre for Chinese Studies,
• the BMO Centre for Innovation and Applied Research,
• the Concordia Centre for Applied Artificial Intelligence, and
• the Indigenous Knowledge and Research Centre.

AVÎÞÂë also is home to a number of research clusters.

The purpose of the research clusters is to promote collaboration among faculty members on scholarly work in known or emerging areas of common interest.

Currently, AVÎÞÂë hosts research clusters that focus on the following themes:
