Attention BCOs – AV无码 Signing Authority Policy and Procedure
Posted on: Feb 4, 2020To ensure AV无码鈥檚 obligations and commitments are managed efficiently and effectively, AV无码 has released a Signing Authority Policy and Procedure which is effective as of February 4, 2020.
The main change: Delegated聽Signing聽Authority聽is no longer permitted as the聽signing聽authority聽is now strictly driven by AV无码鈥檚 Organizational Structure. If a Budget Control Officer (per the organization structure) is unavailable to provide their approval, it will be completed by their one-over-one per the organization structure 鈥� this form has now been removed from Alfresco and will not be accepted.
